We understand the foreclosure process, the critical deadlines in REO management and marketing to ensure a quick and timely sale or disposition of an REO asset; understand the types of valuations; the importance of detailed notes; the consequences of value; accurately find and verify data sources; and focus on submitting a complete, accurate, and quality Interior and Exterior Evaluation Reports (BPOs) to the Clients.
As a Home Retention Consultant (HRC), we further assist mortgage companies and third party servicers by assisting homeowners who are delinquent or struggling with their mortgage payments and explain the options available to avoid foreclosure.
