Celeste O'Dea
Getting up at the crack of dawn and swimming non-stop for hours was something Celeste O'Dea did for years. She was determined to be one of the best swimmers and she was. She qualified for the U.S. Olympics at age 13 and even branched out and competed in the national competition for synchronized swimming. She was also a swimming instructor, a coach, and an official judge. Celeste has always been known for meeting any challenge that comes her way, head on.
Celeste has extensive background and experience in the administrative/secretarial field with recognized skills in administration, management, and organization. She has 40 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant to the President, or Principle Assistant to the Director of three local, growing, and progressive organizations. |
Today, Celeste is taking on another challenge - helping others reach their dreams through real estate. "Finding sellers qualified buyers, or finding someone their dream home can be challenging, but I really, truly love it!" Celeste says. "I enjoy working with people and helping them to reach their goals."
Celeste still spends time in the water, only now she volunteers her knowledge through teaching children how to swim. In her professional life, she continues to help others reach goals. As a Realtor®, she goes the extra mile and uses her experience to make a difference in their lives. She enjoys passing on her knowledge to her customers and clients by taking the time to explain the details involved in buying or selling a home and describing all of their options. She gives 100% of her time to make her customers and clients happy. "I feel they appreciate our service, positive attitude, honesty, openness and, of course, the professional and ethical manner in which we conduct our business. We play a very significant part in the lives of our customers and clients, because we are involved in one of the biggest decisions they will have to make."

Away from work, Celeste and her husband spend their free time at the beach, the fitness center, the golf course, traveling, with their children and grandchildren and, of course, swimming.

Skip O'Dea, Team Leader
Skip O'Dea has extensive and aggressive management background and experience in the automotive industry. He worked for General Motors dealer organizations for more than 30 years; was instrumental in increasing profits; maintained a consistently high Customer Service Index (CSI) level; planned and executed advertising, merchandising, and training for his team of people. He attended various GM seminars and Dale Carnegie Training courses, which included Negotiating Skills, Customer Service, Customer Relations, and Personnel Development. He attended St. John's College and East Carolina University with majors in psychology and business administration.
He has been a licensed Realtor® since 1989 and actively involved in the sales and marketing of Real-Estate Owned (REO) and estate properties since 1993. He is experienced in contract negotiations and has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and current market activity. |
Because of his unique knowledge of Anne Arundel, Prince George's, Baltimore, Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's, Queen Anne's Counties and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, he is highly productive in showing homes to prospective buyers while guiding them through the complicated home-buying process. At the same time, he is able to translate his skills to sellers by providing tips and techniques in presenting and staging their home for sale and market values.
